Refund Policy

Introduction

We at The Red Sea understand that sometimes, clients or donors may ask for a refund.  We want to do all we can to help in these situations, and will assess each request on its own merits.  We also understand that its often not about the money but more about the reputation of the organisation that is at stake, so in our efforts to be Christs ambassadors, we will be generous and kind in how we relate to our clients and donors in every way.

Refund Policy

The Red Sea will offer refunds on a 30-day basis. If 30 days have passed since the transaction, we cannot offer a full refund.  The CEO will assess all refund requests with the Practice Manager.

Refund Procedure

To complete your refund, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Once a request for a refund is received and assessed, we will send an email to notify applicants that we have received the request. We will notify the applicant of approval or rejection of the refund within 5 working days.

If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied within 14 days.
