Louise balances her role as the part-time Director of People & Culture in the Melbourne office of William Buck, a reputable mid-tier accounting firm, with managing her own HR Solutions consulting venture, Intercept Consulting. With accreditation as a Mediator and Myers Briggs facilitator, alongside her responsibilities as a Justice of the Peace, Louise embodies a diverse skill set. Her dedication to mission extends beyond professional realms; she lent her expertise to the HR Committee of Global Interaction, as an Advisor for a decade. Additionally, her commitment to faith-based initiatives is evident through membership on her church board and extensive involvement with various organisations. Louise joins the Red Sea Board to further benefit Christian mission.
